We specialize in producing museum-quality archival giclée fine art paper and stretched canvas prints for photographers, artists, museums, universities and individuals. We typically photograph artworks on location or in our studio and then make prints from our files. However, if you are a photographer, graphic designer, museum or artist, you may already have high-quality files that you want to print from, then this site will help you do so.
Our FILE UPLOAD/PRINT/FRAME tool makes it possible to upload and crop your image files and view your photographs or other art in a variety of room settings at different sizes. You can change the color of the walls and select from a variety of fine art papers and canvas. When you change the print size or medium, prices are automatically calculated. If you create a free account, your images will be saved so you can view them later. Add items you want to the shopping cart with any instructions you want, and we’ll process your order and ship it directly to you.
File Requirements - Our tool is designed to handle JPEG files that are between 2 and 100 megabytes in size.
If you have Tiff or Photoshop files, please convert each one to a JPEG file that is at least 300 dpi and the same size as the print your want.. Save the file and at the highest possible quality setting. And save with an Adobe98 or ProPhoto color profile if you can, for best quality.
Printing directly from your original TIFF or Photoshop file of ANY size or resolution is also possible. Send these to us using the FILE UPLOAD ONLY page with a note.
To see what it will cost to print your Tiff or Photoshop file, and to preview it on our system, make a 300 dpi copy JPEG and upload using the FILE UPLOAD and print tool.
If your file is rejected by our system or you need your files converted for you: or you want your image file inspected for quality to see if it will be make an acceptable print - please upload the file directly to us using the FILE UPLOAD ONLY page. When you send the file, be sure to include your name, email address and phone number so we can contact you to discuss your images. Tell us what you’d like and we’ll do our best to assist you.
NOTE- we only print from your own image files, public domain images or those you have written permission to use. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss this if you are uncertain.
Print finishing and delivery
All fine art paper prints are sprayed with an archival UV and water-resistant finish that is invisible. Canvas prints are coated with two to three coats of satin finish. The first coat is rolled on. The final coats are sprayed so the final finish is perfect even. This finish seals the canvas print from moisture and UV light. Matt and glossy finishes are also possible. Just let us know what you want in the notes area when you order your print.
Canvas prints are stretched using a gallery wrap with staples on the back. Image wrapping is available for standard or heavy-duty bars. No matter which you choose, we don’t touch the original image itself, we simply copy a strip of the original, flip it, and then paste it on the edges of the image that are then wrapped. Call if you need a better explanation.
Stretched canvas prints can be picked up at our studio. We can currently only ship stretched canvas prints up to 32 x 40 inches. Larger un-stretched canvas prints of any size can be sent in a tube and stretched by any qualified frame shop.
If you want to see how your print will look before actually ordering a final version, order a smaller Enhanced mat paper print first. This paper is what we use for proofing purposes in the studio and for posters and displays.
Use the cropping tool to select just part of a large image, and print that before doing a very large print. Or go into Photoshop and make a cropped version of your original file and send that. We’ll print your large print using the same settings as the proof. Call for more info. There may be time charges if your original file needs Photoshop adjustments. Please inquire.
